Supportkids Richard J Boudreau and Associates, LLC
First of all let me introduce myself my name is Debby I am the single parent of a disabled 13 year old boy named Devin. His father abandoned him when I was 4 months pregnant. Drugs and alcohol were far more important, although his father told me he had a vasectomy which led me to believe no pregnancy could possibly happen. Well he lied. Just as Supportkids and Richard J Boudreaus offices all lie as well.
When supportkids went thru their financial misgivings and turned this thing over to Richard J Boudreau and Associates, dropping everything in their laps May 14, 2009, the deciet continued. I called June 3rd 2009 to find out where my sons child support stood. I was told that there were 3 payments processed May 28, May 29, and June 1, 2009. I did recieve one payment of 132.00 my sons cut after Richard J Boudreau takes 34% of the 200.00 his dead beat father sends twice a month, he actually owes more than 16,700.oo in child support. Then after 4 or 5 different calls to Richard J Boudreaus office ERIN informed me that there was only (1) payment and the others were accidently entered...clerical error? So I asked to speak to a supervisor or RICHARD J BOUDREAU and go figure there was neither in the building. ERIN then gave me the number for supportkids, but their offices are closed, to ask about the missing payments. Then I called the offices of RICHARD J BOUDREAU and ASSOCIATES back again and spoke with a supervisor only AFTER telling the associate that I contacted the State of New Hampshires Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint against RICHARD J BOUDREAU and ASSOCIATES. I spoke with Keith Raye (supervisor) who at that time told me that there were actually two missing checks and he is going to research it and I am to call him back this afternoon.....which you can bet your boots I will. I also told him they NEED to get all their associates on the same page with the clients and start telling the truth and quit passing the buck, it only gets you into more trouble. Supportkids is bad news and they take advantage of us single parents with children to dead beat parents. Granted whatever tactics they are using to get absent parents to pay is great but the 34% should be paid by the state government who isn't aggressive enough to get these payments themselves. They don't mind going to court so they get paid for child support hearings but then they drop the ball and let these absent parents get so far in arrears that the Department of Revenue will only go back three years with 13 years of child support owed because they say the absent parent could never catch up. What about us parents who have been custodians for these kids for many many years suffering the devistation of losing homes and having utlities cut off due to non payment due to the courts feeling sorry for the absent parents. I asked the DOR judge "how is it the IRS can go after tax evaders back 7 years but our most precious commodity (our children) they will only go back 3 years????????" I am raising a disabled son who was the by product of the lie "I had a vasectomy" and now can't even collect child support without the supportkids piracy going on.
